ah it’s Friday morning and I’d love for someone to make this for me right about now! Phenomenal photographs…love the cheese sprinkled on the tomatoes…in addition to the 2 egg discs (which I’m guessing you did in one of those small egg pans?), what’s the third disc…potatoes?

Ok this is teh kind of breakdfast I’d have on holiday when there is a large buffet and you take a little bit of everything! I can’t believe you have the time and inclination to do this so early in the morning. Well done!
